Also, if you are have some sort of lockup where you have to hit the reset button, you may need to get new drivers for your sound and video cards. You can find most of them here: www.windrivers.com Question: "I lost

Click here to use the Unlock Key request form "I lost my unlock key" If you don't have the trial version either, click on the link of the appropriate game to go to it's page to get it, then you can use your Unlock key to get it back into full mode.
Question: Why can't I hear the music in the game. SOLUTION: You may have to check Volume Control Mixer. Bring up the mixer by double clicking on the speaker icon in your system tray (icons in the bottom right corner of your desktop by default) . Make sure the volume is turned up for the MIDI or Synthesizer and that "mute" is not checked on Also try changing the "device" in the game. From the main menu, click Options->audio then go to the "devices" tab. If that all checks out, try just playing
a music file by using the file explorer and double clicking on canon.mid
in the C:\WINDOWS\MEDIA folder. If it doesn't play, you may have a system
problem with your MIDI. Make sure that your sound card is installed properly

Question: I tried to play, but cant get online how do I do that? SOLUTION: By far the most common problem when folks can't connect to our server online it's due to a firewall. A firewall is a great security tool that blocks connections it's not sure about. There are lots of different Firewall software, but often the way it works is that when a application tries to make a connection the firewall software will ask you if its okay for the game to connect. If you say yes, then it will let you online. If the
firewall is still blocking the game from connecting look into the firewall
settings and allow the following TCP ports open for the game you are trying to
play: On VERY rare occasions the server might be down for maintenance and in that case just trying back in a few hrs you should be able to connect just fine. A third possibility could be a connection problem from your computer, but if you are reading this FAQ, that at least means that you have connectivity to our website, so it would likely be one of the two above issues.
